Just a reminder …if you haven't had a chance to RSVP for GMQG Holiday Luncheon and Lottery Fundraiser, please take a moment to do so by calling/texting/emailing Jill Erickson 864-934-1020 or ericksf at bellsouth dot net.
The Luncheon will be held on Saturday December 3, 2022 from 12:00 to 3:00 at St Giles Fellowship Hall (there will not be a meeting that day). Please make your reservation to attend no later than November 28 so we can get a head count for food and beverages.
Luncheon Menu: homemade soups..fresh salads…bread & crackers & croutons…homemade desserts…..
and Dana’s famous punch! (lunch provided by GMQG)
Lottery Drawing…Items for the lottery should be new or nearly new and can be quilt related, holiday related, decorative or educational. Past donations have included quilts, pillows, wall hangings, placemats, napkins, gift certificates, assorted fabric & thread, fat quarter bundles, jelly rolls, books, patterns, notions, tools, markers, rulers,travel iron, organizational items, table toppers, table centerpieces, home art/decor.
No item is too small. If you have something small and random, let us know and we’ll either make a Mystery Grab Bag or simply place it with other donations.
Lottery items will be displayed on tables with a red solo cup adjacent to it. Tickets can be purchased for $1 each. Place as many tickets (with your name written on them) as desired into as many cups as desired. Toward the end of the meal Sandy will make the drawings and you can claim your prize!
